6 Dozen cupcakes - vanilla and chocolate
So if you didn't know, birthdays are a big deal in my family. We love to celebrate them, big or small, but when it comes to a "special" birthday, we all go out on a limb...or really just give ourselves another excuse to get together?
So when it came time to plan my uncle's 50th, I knew I wanted to do the cupcakes. I was already dreaming up ideas in my head. Uncle Nicky is a mechanic and his one hobby is racing jeeps/racecars...bascially bouncing around in something with a supped up motor and lots of mud. Insert idea! Making a bunch of cupcakes, setting them out and having them appear like a racetrack.
