Order Up: Ava's School Birthday

The order:
1 Dozen Vanilla basic
1 Dozen Chocolate basic

My good friend and old co-worker Erin contacted me to see if we would be available to make cupcakes for Ava's birthday...at first I was a little confuzzled. You see, Ava's birthday isn't until July 2nd. Found out that her school allows the kids with summer birthday to celebrate before the end of the school year - how cool is that!?!?

So away we go into the kitchen. Her theme for her birthday party is going to be a tropical theme! Excitement rises and my mind starts going all over. Knowing that Ava is a girly girl it was decided to use tropical umbrellas and drink straws with palm trees and monkeys, pink and yellow cupcake wrappers, also some pink and yellow sprinkles!

They turned out so adorable!
